The mounts I have also have the metal adaptors on them, I have a spare mount that isn't mounted as of yet and it also has the metal adaptor; I think they might come with them.

I finally cleared out enough space in my garage for my 1009, with that my 24v battery tender arrived in the mail today so I can insure that my batteries are up to snuff when I take her out.
I drove my 1009 just under 300 miles to Camp Roberts and back this past weekend with no problems averaging about 75 MPH. Great truck, other than the extreme road noise.
When I was in (mid to late 90's) we had them issued with our M270 Launchers as part of our BII. Other than that I've never seen them used. I'm still looking for the outlet to put in my M1009, any help would be much appreciated.
