    If you buy the straight lines with the ends at the auto store and do your own bends the cost is not bad. If you buy them pre bent the cost is really high.

    You said you had the main fuse melt, right? The emergency flashers go through the turn signal switch also. If all the lights work except the turn/flashers , the likely cause is in the collum switch.

    It doesnt look much like a CUCV now. Forest service and local fire dept had it before me. Still only had 54,000 miles when I bought it. Blizzard 810 and 225 gallon deicer tank.

    Motor mounts for chevy trucks were all the same. Only had two types. You must have the wrong ones.

    Sounds like its working if you have 10 psi . Did you try adjusting the valve to change the shifts? If it wasnt needed they wouldnt have put it on.

    One 30 amp fuse controls all the service lights. Including the head lights.

    BAD MASTER maybe ? Try capping the out ports on the master and see if it makes pressure.

    My horn works, but its not very loud. Regular pickups had two horns.
