Here's my son's M1009 with 33x12.5/R15 and no lift. This is how we bought it 2 & 1/2 months ago and I haven't noticed any rubbing. I'd like to stay with this tire size but add a 2" lift and spacers on the back wheels.
Hey, I didn't see that you were Social Circle. I was in there about a month ago and I don't remember them mentioning Dura Tracs. Also, Goodyear isn't listed at all on their website. What are you driving?
Can you do a 3" suspension lift without any steering or linkage, or any other modifications? Stated another way, how much can you lift before you have to do modifications to other parts of the M1009?
Ok, after even more research I'm thinking keep the 33/12.5R15 with a 2" Tuff Country suspension lift (blocks in the back - cheaper and I'm going mostly for looks). Or, could I run 35/12.5R15 on a 3" lift? I would welcome anyone's first hand knowledge and PHOTOS (did I mention I'm going mostly...

I recently bought a M1009 that came with 33/12.5R15 size tires and no lift. I really like the tire width, and the overall height isn't bad either. Plus, I haven't noticed...
Last week my son mentioned that the generator 1 was staying on while he drove. A few days passed before I could check it and by then he's saying it won't crank. Turns out it was the driver's side alternator belt - broken.
Replaced it and both (I think they're called) door striker bolts...
I do! Right here in my county; less than 10 miles from the house. If I can save (a little) money and use a rational renewable resource without messing up my engine, I'm all over it! :)
