I put in for a similar Truck through LESO and the military guys I spoke with said about 50...IIRC the truck I applied for was a teledyne P54? P45? 8x8 crash/rescue truck.

My Sheriffs Office was awarded a Pioneer Tool Trailer via DRMO. Can it be towed by a 1/2 ton pickup? Pics when we pick up our load...the tool tralier, A3 wheels/tires, and HMMWV wheels/tires.

carb cleaner When we got our HMMWV for my Sheriffs Office we tired everything...eventually we found that Carb cleaner worked very well. I went home and used it on my deuce w/similar results

IF you can make the tubes smaller, you can get 37mm rounds on the cheap. They have them in colored smoke, OS, CS etc....if you were using them for shows you probably wont want OC/CS though lol
