Any ideas why the 30 amp fuse would start to melt? Not the metal part of the fuse the plastic parts.My M1009 has standard lighting.No extras what so ever.

Has anyone ever swapped out the complete load bay floor on a M1009? Was it easyish? Mine has hole appearing all over the place and it's not worth "gluing" new patches in.
Any one know how the rear load floor is removed from a M1009.Mine needs a new one.Is it bolted or welded or a mix of both.I,ve trawled the TM's but says nothing about the load floor.

Are the head lights off a cherokee jeep the same size as a M1009.The reason i ask is my headlights are getting rusty inside.As i'm here in the UK our lights dip the other way and lights for a R/H drive jeep are readily available here.
