A little late now, but I have allstate insurance and its about $65 every 6 months for my 5 ton. but I also have 5 other vehicles insured with them. Good luck.
My ins. is with allstate and no problems, its like $130. a year. Buy the deuce and tell the wife it's for her! 8) It is also good to have just in case of a flood. or civil unrest. or locusts.
There is a tag on the passenger side of the engine in the front, it will tell you who made the engine, if you start it, it will be obvious if it's a whistler.
Join the club on the bent driveshaft. The knuckleheads @ gl are great at picking up vehicles with a forklift and bending the driveline. I joined the club when I bought my m1009. Have fun with it.:-P

I have used a high lift farm jack to lift up one corner at a time, and used pallets as cribbing, it took a while to keep going around and around lifting each corner and raising it 5 inches at a time. but it worked. good luck.
Have patience, everytime I bought something I don't get the euc complete notice until the last monent. Your background check probably doesn't take that long, but it most likely sits on some slack-jawed civilians desk until they get around to it. Have fun with your new toy.[thumbzup]
