Hello.
I have the following for your consideration.
M725 Ambulance
Serial number 10644
Registration number 4B5237
NSN 2310009216369
From Wisconsin, previously titled in Virginia
No bumper numbers.
Note, registration number may or may not be correct.
Thank you for your time.

M715's prone to rusting in rockers, cowl drains (hidden behind fenders), and battery box bottoms and floors thereof.
If you got rust in those places, I'd say $1000 tops even if it ran good.

It is nice to have the mag local. More support for the Iola MV show, although the show started way before they bought the mag from out east.
Its about all we got here in Wiz. I never got the chance to get to Spooner show, and I heard that they weren't doing it anymore. Is that true?

To my knowledge, there is, nor there ever was, a good model in any scale available. People have made them using J-truck parts and alot of fabbing. There is a resin model available overseas, but I have heard it is trouble getting it from them.

Those trucks were pretty solid. I looked at them last Dec., so they sat there for at least 1 year. Not alot of rust on any of them. One has the 100 amp electrical setup. Which one did you get? Two were ex. USFS, and one of those had a big black number painted on the hood. Two other were ex...
Found this on Midwest Military site, looks like he found quite a yard. Anyone know where this is?
October 2011 Trip
I'd take a trip if it was within a few hundred miles of me. Lotsa nice old mil. stuff. Look at all those jerry cans.

I have always liked the M38A1, and they were still available back 15 years ago or so. That was my first military Jeep, and first restoration. I completely disassembled it, every part sandblasted and primed/painted. 5 new NDT's., etc.
I'd part with it if you are interested. Needs a little...
Auction's over.
Did anyone on this forum get this one.
2320 - Trucks & Truck Tractors, Wheeled at Government Liquidation
Second trashed expansible van truck in a year......
Looks like the interior was hacked up a bit, too.

I understand that the DOT can do whatever they want, and I do appreciate the effort that was made. I just think that there should have been no mention of any particular model at those hearings. The DOT didn't need any more information than that they are former military vehicles.

That's what is wrong with the current WIS motor vehicle laws for military vehicles, they have exemptions for certain vehicles. Should be for all ex. military vehicles, not certain vehicles.
Why on earth would someone go through all the trouble lobbying Madison and attending hearings, etc. and...
Hello from Stevens Point, Wis.
If you ever get to Iola, Wis. military show in August each year, there are impromptu rides in the evenings, but not much off-roading for that show. A good place to meet folks from all over the midwest. Cold beer, too.
