I did some looking in the -34P. Found this, seems you can make item 16 from steel tubing and item 14 if you are handy bending tubing and using a flaring tool.

If you run a separate power line for the led light, you could use the reverse light positive to activate a relay for the led light. Withe relay under the hood or in the cab.

You could tap in to the reverse light on the left or right side or at the connector on the frame.

I found the info you are looking for. In TM 9-2320-289-34P, fig 33 item number 8. On the far right QTY 2 Next picture is from the back of the same manual to get the NSN FIG 33 item number 8 I hope this helps.
