Yes, there is a federal law in place that requires you to run ULSD in all 2007 and later vehicles.
No, you cannot buy regular "High Sulfer" diesel any longer
No, you cannot run "Red, untaxed, offroad diesel...
Why don't you post up a suggestion on how you think it would be easier to read so we (the mods) can discuss it and if we deem in appropriate we'll make the changes.
I however, agree with Kenny, it is a troubleshooting format. It does make sense, even if you do have to read it one or two times.
What kind of enlightenment would you like? They (the military) are a government entity, they don't need to worry about using road taxed fuel. You, as an individual, on the other hand do need to use road taxed fuel.
Enough time, money and fabricating skills and anything will work.
By the way, this should have been posted in the appropriate forum which is the CUCV mod and hotrodding forum. I'll move it for you, but please post in the right spot later.
Is there any particular reason you posted this in the Steel Soldiers Rally section of the forum, rather than it's proper location. Which from the content of the post I assume would have been the Trailers section. I'll move it for you, but in the future try to abide by our site rules, that you...

Probably the single most useless thing that I've seen on any ex military vehicle is the speedometer/odometer. You must realize that when the vehicle is in the possession of the U.S. military, they don't exactly have to follow the same rules as civilian car dealerships do when it comes to...
I can't say for sure that they will be strong enough, but since you live in GA, the odds of having a sub zero start are pretty slim. They might be just fine
1, Yes it is possible, but why? As stated it would be cheaper to buy two small batteries.
2, Since the generator starter wires are around a #4 or 2 awg wire I would think that would suffice
3, Any kind you prefer, since this is going to be nothing even remotely close to anything the military...
Well, apparently you can go two ways with a military cot. :cookoo:
But if you were there, you might have said that was funnier than a circus train wreck.
I'm a little late in posting this. I was able to get there late Friday afternoon FINALLY, after some tire troubles along the way. Had a FANTASTIC time as usual. It was great seeing some old friends and meeting some new ones. I need to say a big thank you to Kip for the hospitality and the...
