Consider a dirty fuel sender, had the same problems. Dropped the tank, fuel sender sock clogged. Washed out tank, replaced sending unit. Problem solved.

Delco AC60Gs. Self regulating and wont swell on overuse.

Sorryman, but I use AC60Gs. With no problems, they are self regulating and won't swell because of abuse.

Dorman 625-154 and 625-155 are both the top line and the bottom line. Napa has both, give them the GM number, they will give you the Dorman replacement. Done deal.

To patracy To patracy, you misunderstood me, I changed the engine cooler lines, when I found them to be leaking. Went to napa, with the TM numbers, and got the Dorman equivalent. After removing the old ones, we noticed they sprung a leak where they touch. The top line and the bottom line rub...

My old ones where leaking were they come close together, before they fit into the engine. The Motorpool cut the old top line with rubber tubing and clamps. That is were I wrapped both lines in rubber tubing and clamped snug. No metal to metal wear.

While your at it lose the coffin filter, go spin-on.

Napa has it as a Dorman number as the one up top, two different numbers, top and bottom. Go new, and have them wrapped in rubber tubing , they vibrate on the steering column, and wear.

Yeah, really, please explain intake type and tools. Myself I'd go with bent pipe as in a exhaust config and forced air, I was qouted $80.00 for seamless pipe! But will go for pvc. Function over beauty!
