    Just did a lot of stuff to mine. Rear brake line, tranny line, changed fluids, inner fenders and batteries. Dog head is next as well as my plow install.

    Thanks for all the welcomes. Yes it was the one from Holbrook. I was lookng at a bunch of half tons and such for arond the same price and i just wanted this one. I am putting on an old fisher speed cast from my 84 3/4 ton I had a few years ago.

    I took the plunge today.

    Well I bought my first CUCV today. It is a 1985 M1008. It is in good condition for a 27 year old truck from New England. It needs a little TLC but it is worth it. Fluids, plow, brake and tranny lines and I will be good to go. This site is a wealth of information.
