Ive been able to back up hills I've been unable to drive up. Its wierd feeling thats for sure. The other advantage of not airing down the inside duals, if ya do have to make a quick trip to town, you just need to air up the fronts for a quick pavement jaunt.
You could try Bristol, they are a subsidary of Farmers, and they insured my friend with a DUI on a 2007 Dodge 3500. I dont know if they touch big trucks like the deuce, but it cant hurt to check with them.
