Mine was also leaking, just like yours down on to the floorboard. I put in some PS Fluid sealer, and it has stopped. Hopefully it will hold for a while. So, CarQuest on Milpas didn't have the boot kit? How about the generic Kragen on upper State St.? God, I love SB. -graham

To answer your first question, they are 12v alternators in a series to produce 24v. Batteries are in the same type of setup.

Ok, so I need to change out the gear oil in these axles. For the stock M1009, what gear oil do I need to use? 80/90 weight ? Same for the front and rears? Thanks! -graham
