Well while I was sitting on the side of the road trying to get my motor to get some power and quit stalling I found that the vac line from the pump to the IP is very cracked. So once I get the IP rebuild I will replace that I hopefully I won't have a problem.
Update:
Well she ran fine all the way up here at 65mph and got about 25mpg! I was very pleased, however on the way to the ski area the next day it ran fine for the first few miles and then began to loose power and stalled all within about 3 min. Now she wont run for more than about 30sec and the...
I'm thinking maybe the pink wire on you ip (fuel cutoff solenoid) is shorting on the headlights. Although it is kinda cool be be able to lock it in park and go into a store with it running.
I have turned that screw out a bunch, but I will see if it will go further. Is there something I can adjust on the IP as well? It also seems to start in second occasionally is there a reason for that. I think it was doing that before the recasing as well.

Thanks for the help,
Miles
Vacuum at modulator =OK
Modulator valve =Free
Governor=Free, gear good, and weights move

Hey I just re-cased the tranny in my m1009 and everything went smoothly. I reinstalled it and filled her up. I put it in drive and reverse about 15 times untill it was shifting into gear strong and went for a test drive. Now it doesn't leave 1st gear unless I shift from drive to second give it...
Anybody got pics of an m1009 with a 4" lift and 33's I have 35, but when they wear out I was thinking about getting 33's as they are easier on the 10 bolts.
