Note that you need to get the alloy and heat treating right first, or you will get pins that yield at the incorrect time.
These sell for about $35-40 at NAPA, and I've seen some as low as $20 (can't find the OTC number for the 3" though).
Here's the link for the NAPA one that I have:

The NAPA part number is SER2445. I think I got mine for a few bucks less than on the...
The axle nuts need to be torqued to a specific tightness....that's why I just bought a 3" socket from NAPA, so I could use my torque wrench when re-installing the nut and getting the proper pre-load on the bearings.
Not sure how you do that with this style of axle nut wrench.
That's a good start, but trust me, you'll want to replace all of the mounting fasteners, as they will assuredly be rusty and/or bent.
Note also that the bolts that hold the winch to the extensions are custom shoulderd, so keep those. They are hard to find. Make sure you mark them as you take...

Nice...I remember driving mine back that same route (well, from Idaho Motor Pool onwards). Fun.
How about that nice 30mph headwind? I was getting like 6mpg in the truck fighting that! Once we got past Hood River (and the wind) the mileage about doubled!
Was that you on I-84 Yesterday (Sunday)? If so, that was me that passed you...towing the red weasel on a trailer. I honked, but you were wearing ear protection, so not sure if you noticed me. This would have been just west of Boardman.
