Change position of the main reconnection switch several times, make sure it "snaps" into each position. And if that doesn't work out, open up the box under the connection lugs and make sure you have the proper voltages on both sides of the main breaker (CAREFULLY). That has been an issue for...
If you want to call it zero time you can. It means that they put the entire set back to factory spec. It could still have an old engine on it, but if it was within factory spec they didn't touch it. If it was out of spec, it was either rebuilt or replaced. The same goes for everything else.
Try these TM's, it appears from the pics you posted when you won the trailer that these might be the ones you are looking for. They are in the Resources section, under Misc TM's, then in the "TM's for Tents and Misc" section.

That switch you found is the starter lockout switch (Yes, it's been covered MANY times before). It is designed to not allow the starter to engage once the engine is up to operating speed, if it is adjusted properly. That switch is in there because sometime down the road you might need to...
I'm at a loss myself. The only other thing that could have been tested would have been to leave the B+ disconnected and see is you had over 12 volts DC on it before it was hooked to the ammeter. That would have at least proved conclusivly that the rectifier/regulator was being damaged by the...
Problem is, you're almost at the maximum current rating of the 002a with just your AC running, and the water heater when it cycles on will add another 20 amps minimum to that. Not to mention that if you are using any water to make the water heater cycle on, then the pump will come on as...
No, it shouldn't..I hope LOL
With the way your alternator is wired, the center tap of the alternator is ground. Think of it in terms of your house wiring. Phase to Phase voltage in your house is 240 volts. Phase to Phase voltage of your alternator is 39 volts. Phase to "Neutral" in your...
Yes, I got a chance to look at them a bit while I was at work the other night. But unfortunately I have been too busy to do much of anything else lately.
Apparently the old rectifier and regulator were build to handle that high of an AC voltage, and there is also the "red" wire to deal with...
OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!
This is why Doghead catches so much flak for his attempts at sarcastic humor. Sarcasm in type just doesn't work. Can't even bust a guys chops on the internet anymore.
Eric, why do we even try??????
Talk about poor lifting etiquette!!! NO outriggers down, NO protection for the lifting straps around the corners of that rail!!
All in all, a job well done though.
Uriss,
Please start a new thread with your questions and problems, you will get a better response that way. You can do this while you are in the appropriate forum, in your case the "Aux Equipment" forum, and clicking the "New Thread" button at the top of the page. Thread-jacking not only is...
Steve, I think you hit the nail on the head. I was gonna suggest that he didn't like it because bringing that truck was like bringing a knife to a gun fight.
Don't get me wrong, the GA rally is fun. But I like Haspin too, other than the heat, but stretch seems to like to have it that time of...
yes, that would help out greatly. Or if you could point me in the direction of a PDF of the manual, or if you have one, upload it here as an attachment
