soak the bead real good, then you can try driving the truck on the tire right against the rim. if that does not work, cut the bad boys off.

i was going to give that a try, but they are cutting them up at howards, and hauling off scrapp by the truckload, so they can haul more weight. then buddy pays them so much a pound for hauling.

unfortunately hookin is correct, buddy is hitting the scrapping idea very hard. although he is not picking out the actuasl scrap , he is just grabbing what is closest to him at the time. he has also scrapped out all of the generators. not to mention that all of the storage containers, 6x6x8...

the only thing else that pops into mind here is never, never ever ose the clutch to hold yourself from rolling backward at a stop light. as in , do not put the tranny in gear, and ease out on the clutch to hold your trucks position instead of using the brakes. i have seen a lot of truck drivers...

i had a 68, w/w, but it was painted UGLY yellos by the forestry dept., although sanding did reveal just green.
