    soak the bead real good, then you can try driving the truck on the tire right against the rim. if that does not work, cut the bad boys off.

    i was going to give that a try, but they are cutting them up at howards, and hauling off scrapp by the truckload, so they can haul more weight. then buddy pays them so much a pound for hauling.

    clutchless shifting?

    the only thing else that pops into mind here is never, never ever ose the clutch to hold yourself from rolling backward at a stop light. as in , do not put the tranny in gear, and ease out on the clutch to hold your trucks position instead of using the brakes. i have seen a lot of truck drivers...

    unfornatually, it is correct, it was our Howard that passed. the yard is still open, ran by Buddy. and should remain that way for a long time to come.
