    Ip dilemma

After cleaning the check valve in the return line for the fifth time in a month I started to research into IP weight retaining flex ring replacement as apparently the ring degrades and its debris clogs the check valve. When it’s finally gone there is nothing to dampen the contact between metal...

    strange running today

I had similar problems, blew the fuel lines out with the compressed air and thoroughly cleaned the glass ball in the IP return line and the truck runs great now. Shuts off while braking

Well, I blew out the fuel lines and cleaned the return valve again and the truck now runs great. It’s scary when it shuts off while driving, I could barely steer and use brakes, just can’t imagine it happening on a narrow downhill road. How would you guys stop the track in that situation?

    Shuts off while braking

Thanks for your replies. The filter is new just changed it and bled the system. Took off the IP cover, there was some crude there, but not much, the return valve is also clear and the glass ball moves freely. The alignment line is 1/12 off to the right, is that ok? I’m planning to disconnect...

    12V starter guidance needed

Although I agree with you that keeping it 24v would be the best option, practicality commands the opposite. I’m Finn , at the moment working as a demining consultant in Bosnia. I bought the 1009 two months from the US embassy. It’s really nice and clean vehicle with 40000 original miles, I...
