For the life of me I have no idea why the governement used Polaris ATVs. They are no where near as strong as Yamahas or Hondas. The cost of maintainence is through the roof and the aftermarket does not treat them as well as the before mentioned brands. They are great for hunters or trail riders...

Anyone installed dual tanks on their deuce?

That sounds like a gret way to do it. The problem is locating a 816 that is getting parted out.

I am dealing with the same thing. My truck is a faded tan and I hate it. I planned to take it apart and paint it, but I do not have the time or money for that kind of project. Right now I am just trying to get it running.

Anyone installed dual tanks on their deuce?

I did not even realize this truck did not come with a pioneer rack. Hmmmm, maybe I should look for one of those next. Right now the truck is singled out but I am most likely going to dual it out again. If so, I agree, a spare would not be a big concern. That being said however, I hope to take...

Anyone installed dual tanks on their deuce?

Sticking it under the rear of the bed was my first though. However, it does not look as though it will work with the trailer hitch I am installing there. Thanks for the links! I appreciate the heads up on the valve. I wll poke around and see what I can find. I am starting to see this is...
