Steve, you are a brave man! I made that ride with gimpy last year, but that was before the roll over incident. I'll put in for some vacation time right away...can't wait to come out and get all muddy again. I second (or is it 3rd, 4th or 5th) the deuce on it's side idea for the t-shirts.

I made it here exactly 4 hours after I pulled out of gimps LZ. I had to stop at a truck stop just past Columbus to wash my face and get some caffeine. For some reason I was tired. I guess 17 hours on the road in a deuce will do that to ya???? I'm happy to hear that everybody lade it home...

OH boy, from the looks of it that will NOT interfere with my scheduled hunting trip...looks like another trip to GA might be in my future. I'll have to look at schedules since I only have enough vacation for the hunting trip. Maybe I can make it down for a day or two on a "weekend" off.

That's a good idea too, but these things are really easy to track down. IIRC you should be able to simply lift the ground side of the capacitor and re-check for the draw. If it's gone, then it was the capacitor. If it's still there then you should be able to remove the charging system fuse...
