I decided to take a few pictures of some of the stuff I recently acquired to sell at the rally.
Here are some pics of the deuce air compressor. After getting the stuff it turns out that the compressor is a fresh depot rebuild and not NOS. But it's still a good compressor!
Kenny...
Well,
I got my cargo cover back yesterday and threw it on the truck tonight after work just to see how the modification went. I don't have anything secured yet, but it's not too bad. I've never seen too many of them on the trucks up close and inspected them to see how they fit, but it seems...
I didn't want to respond to any of this stuff since I'm the one selling the spin-on kits, but you sir, are wrong about the filters. I designed this adapter to use the Fram PH16 filter. Not the common smaller filters on a lot of cars. These filters have a finer micron rating than the OEM...
without seeing it I can't say for sure, but it's too big of a reel to be for slave cables. The ends are probably just something for the AC output of the generator. Got a better picture of the ends??? Like rickf said, it's probably just a long cord for the output.
That would be me who was bringing the military generator. But unfortunately it's probably going to be staying home this year. The logistics of getting all of the trailers down there between Gimpy and myself is going to have to mean that something stays home. That means it's either trailers...
Lloyd,
It's the whole seat (cushins and framework) minus the springer base. I also have the passenger bench seat. If my new seats work out like I am hoping they will we'll work something out. Both seats are like new. The drivers seat only has a little oil spattering on the front edge of it...
I don't have the TM at work, but I do have it on my computer at home. I'll take a peek at it tonight and see if I can help you out, unless you get help before then.
OK, so it is confirmed. I just acquired a NOS (or very very close to it) deuce air compressor that is for sale I'll be bringing it to the rally. Also a set of rubber wheel chocks, possibly a set of NATO slave cables and Kenny I got those Metal Jerry cans I mentioned in your other thread...
That's why I suggested having them uploaded to a server file and then having the person in charge of the TM's review the uploads before posting them. Someone might inadvertently upload a restricted manual and this would be a second level of defense to help prevent an accident.
As much as you use it, a spin-on oil filter adaper would be a great thing to have. If only someone had made and sold something like that.
Is there gonna be an upload feature if we have a manual or two that are not in the groups they belong in? Even if it get's uploaded to a server file and then whoever is in charge of that section can go to that file periodically and check the uploads and place them in the apropriate groups for...
If they were all cargo trailers like we brought home last year it wouldn't be an issue, but I don't think Walter would like having trailers stacked on top of his MKT
Hey Guys and Gals,
I hate to disappoint anybody who was really in need of mobile power if there is anybody. But we've run into a little snag here in Ohio.
Between Gimpy and I we have 4 trailers to bring to GA with only 2 trucks. We're (Gimpy mostly) working on getting all 4 of them down...
You are absolutely correct Phil, where are my manners. Without Brandon none of this would have been possible!!!!!!
It's a shame he's not going to be able to make it to the rally or I would buy him a beer too:beer:.
I just can't thank the SteelSoldiers Logistics Support Group enough for the...
