You hit the nail on the head!!!!!!!! But I did get what I feel is a pretty good deal, so even having to pay shipping should not hurt me too bad. But Free is always Good. I am willing to work with any individual on compensation for the help.
I'll check some of the shippers, especially OKC...
Hi All,
I just was lucky enough to win a lot out of Oklahoma City. I really need someone to pick it up for me and assist with getting it to a shipping location or on a truck, depending on how I decide to get it home to Ohio. It's one pallet, auction says 500 pounds, but I doubt it would be...
Steve,
It's not about the shirt being formal ware or anything like that. I like to be able to at least see a picture of something I am purchasing. Like many of our fine members, I have to work very hard for the little play money I have and I want to know it's getting spent on something I...
Why keep this shirt such a secret then....I wanna get one, but I hate to buy things totally site unseen. Plus Westy said they were going to put the order in today at noon. Maybe if they have extras, I'll be able to buy one at the rally.
since this is the "Official Haspin Info Thread", how about some info on this food we keep hearing about. Menu, prices?? I know it's still several weeks away, but that would help to make up my mind. I didn't order a Haspin 10 t-shirt because of lack of info (picture of the design), I don't...
Actually heaters would be the cheapest and easiest way to do it, unless you have a huge compressor and other shop equipment on hand that can generator about 50 amps of loading for the set. If you can get some large loads like a good sized air compressor motor, air conditioner and the such; they...
I'm hoping to convoy over with some people on Thursday as well, but I have to work midnight shift and I will not even get off work until 0700 and not be home and ready to pull out till 0900...that is, if I have everything packed up the night before. And I'll still be about 1:30 to 1:45 (1030...
These aren't heaters like you're probably thinking of. These are more from an industrial application. We used them to keep large electrical cabinets warm and dry in the winter time. Here is a link to something very similar to what I used.
channel strip heaters.
I couldn't agree more OBC, they are amazing!!!!!!
I gave one of mine it's monthly run this past weekend as well. While I was doing that I also hooked up my home-made load bank and gave it a good thorough workout as well. I like to load it at least once yearly to burn off any deposits left...
congrats on the buy. I've never messed with the throttle cables on the generators a lot, but they should stay pretty well put when you set them. It may be able to be tightened up, but I would have to look at it to see
The fact that you only get about 58 Hz (1740 RPM) on the low side and it...
I already know about the deal...you guys suck!!!!!!!! Gimp couldn't wait to call and brag about it.
great snag by the way aua aua aua Wish it were me getting those kind of deals.
when I did mine last summer, I had to remove the arm and move it a notch or two on the tranny as well. When everything is adjusted properly, the clutch doesn't grab until you're almost completely off of the pedal.
That's good advice, but one step above the piece of paper would be to use a greenback (a plain old dollar bill) The bills are a cotten fiber and not paper and are just abrasive enough to clean the contacts without removing material like sandpaper will
There is a start disconnect switch located just above the oil filter canister toward the rear of the engine. It looks like a funky oval shaped cover with a wing nut holding it on. If your started tried to engage after the set was running that's probably your culprit. I don't have the number...
