    Moving an m-60

They new what to do i am sure in fact I know they do...NJ has no other Armor to move it with, and that in my opinion would be more work getting that there to do the job and return it,Starting and loading and wide loading a tank to and from a site just to move that M 60 would be well not thought...

Making a Deuce a (better) highway vehicle?

Yeeesh, sorry but here i go again, as for doing over 55 it is up to the individual and the ability of the driver, These trucks were never made to go that fast, your tires will wear very very fast at those speeds, your brakes will not want to stop u, if they get hot they will be worse, all the...

Dropside vs non tarp & bows

U can take the bows out with out a screw driver or wrench, they mostly have #3 philips from uncle sam unless they are a drop side bow then they just latch, for a fast release.pop out the bow, no tools lift out the stay on the side or sides and drop the sides with seats,

    11x20 VS 395 offroad performance

You are correct in a safety factor, a 300 # rated extension ladder will fold way past 300, but as for the tire being built for highway speed and the max speed rated printed on the tire is only for 120 degree heat and fully loaded, is absolutly only an opinion. I agree the tires will and are...

Gmc cckw 353 2 1/2 ton cargo body

I just disagree, They did have the same mission for sure, but in no way are compatible in towing or hauling, I just wanted to joust a little because i thought U were, Surely only in fun . We all have opinions about our trucks, and I am an absolute cckw lover. I really do not think they were...

    Deuce snow plow?

Interesting, i did it mostly because i had a winch and an A frame hanging in the front and it just looked cool, But just in my mind new i was never running 6 x 6 on dry pavement, so it did not matter to me, I guess it is smart for me to say i did it for years and had no ill effects, but do not...

    Deuce snow plow?

I have run the 1100s in front of one of my deuces and 900s in the rear with a sprag for a few years, I really do not think it is that much of a problem,And would be less of a problem with an air shift , in fact it releaved alot of stress on the front end i believe and feel when in multi wheel...

Gmc cckw 353 2 1/2 ton cargo body

My friend U are a card for sure. And alot of hot air. U have stated u know it all, basically you know it all and have facts, U have gone from facts to your little 7 ton story that was probably a dream U had one night. Sure i believe a cckw can haul 7 tons, but in no way were u safe on a road of...

    Deuce snow plow?

I would just do 1100s in the front and keep em at close to max air untill i figured out my best steering, and run the 900s in the rear at 30 to 35 lbs for all the traction, u should need in normal plowing...U may find with the 1100s in the front U can run pretty low air and have good steering...
