I made half doors a few years ago using frames from doors in that condition. I wasn't able to sell them much, so I'm not particularly interested, sorry, but someone might be for that use or another.
Tip: They are reasonable to ship ($$) if you strip them and they can lie good and flat and...
The NP242 (most common HMMWV TC) allows selection of Locked and Unlocked differentials. At highway speeds we run in High (unlocked), off road we put it in High Lock or Low (which is locked).
It does produce TC binding to run on clean pavement/flat ground with the TC locked, and the tech manual...
If someone nearby has access to an old school radiator shop that can boil it out and reseal it, then yes it has value. If not, there isn't much I guess it'd be good for. Maybe some scrap value, but again that's if local services take them in.

You didn't mention that you bled the injectors. This is always a good idea after making changes to the fuel system. They can trap air and cause symptoms such as you describe.

I agree under anything but very odd conditions it won't result in a vacuum, it is just to pull air off the hubs and so on to prevent them building pressure and failing seals and perhaps bring a little moisture/vapor out at the same time.

In case it helps I recently troubleshot a problem with my Wait light. https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/removing-unscrewing-badly-corroded-smart-box-plug.203348/#post-2378030

Gotcha.
Regarding green coolant, I've read that is will work but most swear by SCA versions that fight corrosion. Peak makes the one I use, and it is Pink.
Green won't harm the engine, but won't protect it from internal corrosion, as I understand it.
Bulldogger
Glad it was simple. Usually is. Please post the part number(s) used, in case someone else finds this thread later and has the same problem. Easy to do when it's on your mind.

I have been toying with the idea of putting Flex Seal on one of my soft slant backs to test its durability. Would paint OD green over it of course. Hope you try it, cause I've been curious for some time about whether Flex Seal can approximate the vulcanized rubber technique OEM suppliers use...

Thanks Mullaney. I put Seafoam in the crankcase too, and will drain the oil about halfway through the tank after it has more time to clean up the innards. Then I'll do my usual drain and fill with a ZDDP additive and see how she fares.
I am half thinking I'll flush and fill the transmission...
Ten points go to Mullaney, for suggesting Seafoam. It made an immediate difference. Truck has power back and the surging is greatly reduced. As I burn through the fresh tank of treated fuel I expect it to further improve.
Still tweaking the trans link, been raining every day lately, but I'm...
@Mullaney, do you mean into the fuel? I am burning old fuel. I alternate between some stuff I got off a guy downsizing and pump diesel. The old diesel was carefully stored, and has no critters or water in it. I have a good filter setup on my transfer pump (luxury! came with the fuel purchase)...
Spent a hot sweaty hour and a half in the 95F 90% humidity learning how to align the shifting mechanism. As part of my "why does the engine race when hot and hate to be manually shifted to neutral when slowing" adventure, I decided to inspect the shift linkage. According to the TM, which has a...
Spent a hour and a half going under and out from under the HMMWV yesterday, realigning the shift levers. One was bent, made it too long. I'll write it up in the "What have you done" thread to reach more folks as info on aligning the shift levers.
Still surging though. I am of the opinion...
