Looks like you are doing well. I had two Mk 2/3 Ferrets. They were a lot of fun. Just watch your fingers around the hatches. Especially with the kids; hatches should be LOCKED, either open or closed.
The standard issue Dunlop tires on Ferrets serve as run-flats. In fact, a delated Dunlop- which I have experienced- makes the Ferret simply harder to steer and far from flat. These are tough military-grade tires. No real need for anything more.
