Remove the sending unit from the fuel tank. It probably has a ton of corrosion on the sliding contact. Usually GM tank sending units only last ten years tops before acting up. I just replace them.

I bought the "King Pin Spring" eliminator kit too. Just haven't installed it yet. I think most of the "Death Wobbles" come from this defective part.

It should work fine. The LED's might not work properly though. Depends on the LED's.

You need to make sure the "plunger sleeve pin" is fitting in the "plunger sleeve slot" . See the attached picture.

If you fill it to the top it will leak out the front shaft. There is no seal there. Fill it to the top of the fill plug only.

The buses here use "Sikaflex" and rivets to hold on the aluminum panels. The stuff works great ! If the metal is clean, the bond you get is tremendous.

Got the last two wheels welded up today. A little touch-up with the sander to get rid of the welding splatter and now this Monday they will go back to the sand-blasters to get the welds blasted. Don't want any welding slag underneath the Galvanizing.
