Wire 3020 returns ground side from the indicator lamps to the lamp test switch. Unplug the indicator switch and see what happens? That should provide power to gauges still, gauge ground is on wire 3002—

Not sure what "Dash indicator is Pacmaning" means X3 feeds CB77 to P301-14 to wire 1546 brings power to the gauges. Check the pins in P301? 1546 also feeds 24v to the 12/24 gauge switch—

Good question. I don't know, the reman came with a new actuator, the only thing in the fuel system not replaced is sensor and injectors. @GeneralDisorder likely does; the pressure is controlled by the ECM—
