Sounds like you have an air leak in a hose or the fuel filter. Maybe the pickup tube in the tank. After you get it started does it idle OK or is the rpm's up and down?Also the part number you show is not for the NHC250. I would just get that pump rebuilt if it turns out to be the pump.

When I got one of my trucks the solenoid wires were not hooked up.

I do the same thing, I just take it to a hose shop and have them make it.

That looks like the one on my M932A2, but the one on my truck has the locks, like for high way and off road use.

The weight of the vehicle should be on the date plate and then just add 10,000 lbs, that should be the GVWR.

That would be the best way to go. Cost would be less for sure.

Hello, I picked up this 1969 M35A2 and did a frame up restore back to its 1969 colors as close to stock as I could. It took about 18 months to complete. It was a love/hate thing for sure, but a labor of love.

Sounds like prime problem to me also.

Sounds like the solenoid or the starter relay. Some trucks do not have a relay.

I would like to nominate my 1969 M35A2 again that I restored.
