WOW, you sure that's not 28,880 lbs? I would not think it weighted more then a M936. I guess you could have a lot of thinks inside the box. I had a M934 and when I did the SF-97 I looked at the data plate and it showed less then 30k lbs.

Polyurethane is what you want to use, it is good for fuels and oils.
