I worked on some equipment that came out of long term storage, and we changed alot of the gaskets on the top of the tank. In the parts photo, the item is #10
I have the gas version, its only rated at 4.2kw, and it is used for a ground hop kit to start AeroCommanders and TurboCommanders.
This one is in NC at the present working on those fires over there.
So what kind of setup do you use to connect to the Genny to push the reboot? I have only found the parrallel port to connect to. Any laptop with cd rom and a parallel cable?
The small 9 pin connector only has 2 wires in it, it is for the CIM power. This is what the inside of the back cover of the CIM looks like. Both plugs go to the circuit board on the right.

Well.... hmmm. I got my decontamination apparatus working correctly, and tried it as a steam cleaner..... it didnt work very well for what I tried it on, there wasnt enough pressure. It sure did make hot water, and in a danged big hurry, and lots of it. So...

I talked to a couple of shops that work on oilfield 8/92's, and sent them the pics, they said that they don't have any setup's like that, all of theirs have the turbo on the top of the blower like a 977.
They suggested taking off the insulation and using a tin can, not a beer can, split it...
My bad, I didnt realize the MK48 was that much different than a 977. Here is the correct page.
