If it takes 15 seconds BEFORE smoke shows, and takes longer the longer the truck sits, realy sounds like you are loosing your prime, allowing the fuel to drain back to the tank, even a little loss of prime WILL give you starting fits

STILL DEEP LOAD TEST THE BATTERIES, just because you charged them DOES NOT mean they are good
Also go STRAIGHT to the starter from the batteries, see if it will turn over, with it pulling the batteries down when you try to start, it is EITHER the starter or the batteries
charge your batteries, then do a deep load test on each, bet a battery is bad, also check your battery connections, just because you get 24+ volts, does not mean they are carrying the amps
Wrong, it is OVER -WIDTH at the tires, 1400 x 20s mounted with the NEEDED spacers ARE almost 9'6" WIDE from out side of tire to out side of tire, in order to get standard width, the 1400s and spacers need to go, then 1100s/1200s installed.
