I have found that on Swiss's 62 we tend to use a LOT of gas tinkering or winch/crane op. mpg is different, though I would guess that gal. per hour of operation is about the same.
Install a battery cut out switch in the ground, this is a positive on/off switch, off no drain, though if the alt. is bad, as some time your new batteries charge will be to low to start.
A part of this kit took away the over running clutches (8% over run) and made it 1 to 1 with the direct drive, by LOCKING in the 8% over run full time, you WILL BREAK something, it will be like running a different size of tires on the front and the rear of a 4x4
