The solid pulley fixed my issue, now I just have one more issue to fix which is the fan being stuck on.

I've figured out, this pulley is for the newer turbo humvees only I think, the big piece sticking out is blocking it from even with the other pulleys

Its the correct belt but is there any chance the clutch pulley could've broke which is causing this?

Batteries seems fine, I tested the volts at the regulator and Im getting 23.9 at idle and 24.5- 25.1 with the idle pulled out at the IGN post

The batteries themselves are just a year old, but I'll take them out and test them

My volts is at 24.9 - 25.1 on the IGN terminal, I notice it also kept between 24.9-25.1 on my inverter when I drove it home also
