Where to purchase NEW in-tank fuel pumps and parts.

I did not replace it, because it looked new. I did have an issue with one of clintogf's other trucks in the past. The hose rotted off and I couldn't find another hose in that size that was diesel immersion rated. Read the entire thread-it appears my initial post (with pictures) has an...

Where to purchase NEW in-tank fuel pumps and parts.

Yes-It is EXACTLY like the original. It installed in 5 minutes with no mods and re-uses everything original. Our original 2A slow blow fuse is still there. Meaning the actual pump itself or the bracket I blasted and re-painted? On the pump, I wouldn't bother, since the manufacturer didn't...

Where to purchase NEW in-tank fuel pumps and parts.

I wanted to let everyone know this supplier and price is still good. One of clintogf's trucks died and when I started troubleshooting it, I found the pump had power (good fuse, etc.) and didn't make a sound. Called Olympic this past Monday, it showed up on Thursday. $225 + about $13 shipping...

How did you guys drive home? documentation?

How? I went to two different DMV's and they said temp tags only existed for dealers.

    Thanks Clinto!!

Thanks for the kind comments, fellas. I am really flattered. I try to treat others as I'd like to be treated. When I got into the Mopar hobby, I was a kid (14-15) and the local Mopar club (pre-internet) really helped me out. I never could have converted that 340 Duster from an automatic to...

    Finally!!

I would say welcome to the site, but I guess "welcome to posting" is more accurate. Looks like a solid ride. Definitely a Non-turbo. You'll want to save the pictures from the auction to your computer and post them here. The GL link will go dead in a month or so. Congrats!

All this for a freeze plug?!

Unfortunately HndrsonJ is right, unless you want to butcher the firewall which is highly stupid. Might as well pull em and do all the freeze plugs. If one is leaking the others aren't far behind.

12 volt light wired to make 24 volt lights

Christmas lights have to be put up really straight to ensure they work properly and maintain the proper appearance. Make sure your spotlights are on straight!

Looking at a truck on gl what do you think

    1. It is against the rules to post links or auction #'s for upcoming auctions. You need to save the pictures from the auction and upload them here and edit your post so as to not include the auction & lot #'s. 2. In order to upload pictures to the forum from a smartphone (iPhone, Android...

    question on M35A2

You shouldn't need ether in this kind of heat to get the engine started. We have never used the cold start system(s) on any of our deuces and we've had trucks with both flame heaters and ether injection. If you are trying to diagnose a no-start condition, a small amount in the air intake is...
