clintogf has a truck that had one of the drain plugs in so tight I had to put a 1/2" impact on it. I can't believe it didn't break something. It had no sealing washer on it and we got it straight from the service. Remember the sage advice of our sadly departed but not forgotten friend...

Transfers are easy to service. I'd pull it out, disassemble, inspect, replace what's necessary and reassemble/reinstall. Otherwise................. you may go 10K miles without issue or you may be 300 miles from home with a dead cell phone and a blown up transfer.
