If anyone gets to the bottom of this I would like to know if they are chasing the NSN stated on the GL invoice or the ACTUAL NSN of the truck. I know of a vehicle with the wrong NSN on the invoice (that is all I will explain at this time:))
Again, if you want to fight it, retain a lawyer, that is the only way I can see you POSSIBLY being able to keep your vehicle after GL/DoD has requested its return.
I bet it's the potmetal "link" betwixt the crank and the mechanism inside that is designed to explode if the window binds (preventing greater damage), LMC sells them.
