I think it depends on your target audience... someone looking for a .mil issue truck would be more interested in the hard top. Someone looking for more of a fun truck or to turn it into a crawler/bogger would be more interested in the soft top. You could also do a dual listing. $XXXX with hard...
Those 'bubble' mirrors are standard in Korea, but didn't see them on very many stateside trucks. That being said, it's a great tool and should be on all these that will see regular road use.
I will tell you this, if I had a HMMWV and it was in that configuration, I'd want those doors vs. the 'solid' option. Plus, they already have the placards on them, and CARC'd vs some of the ones we have in the Army being unpainted metal.
If everything else is shot, you might be able to recoup some in scrapping the bad frame and what's left. Not that I'm an advocate of it, but there comes a point in time where it's just not possible.

SEAFIRE, if you are going to go in on one, take that S&S mechanic and have him do at least a 10/20 inspection of the truck. Also, realize that this type of cab-over will act differently than a E-One or other fire truck chassis cab over. They are odd beasts.

You need something bigger, truck and trailer wise.
Had three of these with a unique unit in my old Brigade. They were replaced by Case tractors. The Case's were Up Armored ready, but were not armored. This unit did have Low Boy(s) (1 O/H but I think auth 2 or 3) to move the SEE trucks and I guess the Case ones now.
