Bought mine NOS, thanks to the help of 1958M274 and IronHorsetheGeneral. Works extremely well, although it isn't quite perfect. I understand Recovry4x4's preference for an engine hoist now that I have some experience but I still like it and it will work for transfer cases too.

That is what I think, notice it's similarity to the front tab for the front brake hoses. The other circled holes i believe are for the early trucks to mount the 10 pin trailer cable receptacle-later models were mounted in the bed (as shown).
