Those are nice trucks. My old unit took some to Iraq with them. even for 12k trucks, they can move. Also had some shelter variants with some heavy ass shelters on them in Korea. they were at the max frame capacity, could run and drive, but stopping was a bit iffy...

The reason you're seeing them come out of Wisconsin is Oshkosh Trucks has the contract to upgrade/produce them (as far as I know). Upgrade is really a swap out of the cab, fuel tank insulation and some power hydraulics upgrades from what I know.

While not a permanent solution, why not see if you could slave or attach to a PLS? I wouldn't recommend a GenSet unless you were going to include it as part of the system as generators on hand are already allocated for something. a solar heater may work too.... remember the Army is trying to...

That's great man. I love the look and the lettering. Half-Life never really used many vehicles that I can remember, well, minus the metro/train thing in the opening scene. You could throw in a few Pelican/Hardigg cases, one of the 'blue shift' uniforms, crowbar... Seems like it's missing...
