    Issue with MEP 804B just occurred

    Looks like the AC Voltage Regulator may have died. Quite common. Grab the -24 TM and run thru the appropriate VR tests and report back you findings for each step. There were two different VRs and associated parts used in the sets. Be sure to use the correct test procedure.

    If you get the Generac or Honeywell make sure the 3 small fuses in the bottom of the black control box are good. Had a customer pick up an ATS and it had bad fuses.

    It appears in the generator picture that the OP gauge is reading quite low. If you have 45 PSI (I assume using a mechanical gauge) then I suspect an issue with the OP sensor, wiring or gauge. Correcting that issue will make my Remote Start then know the generator is running. If you need help...

    It's a small module about 2" x 2" located to the right of the fuel tank. It reads the float switch's and controls the Aux Fuel Pump and the Low Fuel fault circuit.

    I'd suspect the A9 Aux Fuel mode failed causing the Aux Pump to run continously. The sucker's do fail. I've repaired a number of them.

    Correct. The Generac RXSW and RXSC ATSs don't monitor utility power, start the generator or cause the ATS to switch to the generator power position.
