    Search, people have asked this question for 20 years now I dont think there are any proof that any 6.2 or 6.5 is better than the other, they all have problems. I would start by pulling oil pans to verify no cracks in the block/mains. that is #1

    Waste oil and Glowplugs

    First time i ran WMO i was near 100% for weeks, Coked my injectors and it smoked badly When i removed them i found that all of my glow plug tips were gone. I imagine the injectors were pissing fuel and eroded them away?

    How is your cranking speed? And try to pour warm water over the ip when it wont start, then start it up. If it starts then you have a worn ip.

    I changed my fuel filters the other day, then filled up my tank with black diesel:-D Checked fluids, topped up power steering and brake fluid... Where did my brake fluid go? Other than that it is running good.

    CUCV electric lift pump options and some help on understanding?

    I use a 10psi walbro pump. Any more and you get close to affecting transfer pump pressures inside the ip and therefore the timing.
