I've been looking for WD-1 and haven't seen any, just WD-1A. When I was in Commo in the late 60's we used WD-1 and I have been trying to locate some to use with my TA-1 phones. I have had TA-312's and sold them, wish I had them back. I bought a pair of TA-1's at a show last month for $80 for the...
Where can I find a spool of WD-1? My truck is about done and since I worked in Avionics and Commo, I wanted to add a DR-8A and an RL-39 with some WD-! wire. I was looking for the original WD-1, not 1A. I have a pair of TA-1's and would like to finish the display/setup. I've found reels and...
Here is a drawing I made up for the handle along with the pictures. I believe the thimbles are drilled to 3/16" through hole with a shoulder on the handle that is turned down to 3/16" and threaded. The thimbles don't slide up so my conclusion is that there is a shoulder on the rod to stop them...
I don't know the original service of my M37 but, it is Army painted now and I bought it as sort of restored that way. My hood does have a handle on it. I will see if I can take some pics with a tape measure next to it. My tool box doors also have the holes for the hasps and I thought it may have...
Monkeythumbs,
I could use some of the sand bags for my 1917a1 and Vickers tripods. What ever you could part with I'll take. I'm coming up Sat. from Hamilton. Where can I find you?

I just tore down my np200 transfer case and found pitted bearings. Anyone know where to get the shaft and gear with the straight roller bearing races in them. The races are pitted, not bad but pitting ain't good. I am tempted to put them back in and just replace the tapered and roller bearings...
A little off topic but, if you have never dealt with John, you are missing a great experience with super customer service. One of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to do business with.

That's great. I am heading on vacation tomorrow and won't be back until a week from Monday so, thank you and take your time. Any help is very much appreciated.
I have the manuals with the pn's. I was trying to fab up the chain and hook assembly instead of buying for $130 from Vintage. No one else seems to have any and I have connections with a couple of companies that build material handling slings, chains etc. and thought it would be less expensive to...
I have the right side mirror mount. The problem is that you can adjust the mirror for drive use but since the gas can is in the way, you can't adjust the mirror far enough forward so that the passenger door doesn't bump it and move the arm up against the gas can which requires readjusting the...

Welcome,
I hope you can get that beauty. We need more of them down here in the SW Ohio area. I only know of one other so far and he doesn't drive his. I'm waiting for a little warmer weather to start tinkering again.
Is there anyone here with some M37 LU4 winch parts they can part with? I am looking for the brackets etc. I will know more of what I need when the winch gets here. I know I'll need cable, chain and hook and brackets. I can get new seals and gaskets etc. from the vendors but used hardware works...
I'm having a problem with leg room for the clutch pedal. I lost some movement from a broken left knee and I can barely get my foot on the clutch pedal with the seat all the way back. I am wondering if the seat back cushion can be reduced in thickness. I don't know what is under the cover, maybe...
