When you crack the return line it won't run or won't run well when cracked, but you'll be able to see if it's a solid stream of fuel or has bubbles. when it's solid fuel start to tighten it up and you'll hear it fire. Might take a second or two but when it fires tighten it all the way and...
When its idling and you crack the supply line on the injector pump you should get a shower, if not its not pumping enough fuel. If you get a shower crack the return line on the pump and see if any air is coming out. just a thought that might help.
Here's the tag #'s 27223-1 august 10, 272-205, 272-55-1 august 00, 272-20-8, 272-20-7, 272-24-1. The one's with out dates all had "UKN" and all look like they were done at the same time. I have no idea what the updates were or how to fine out. I'll have to do a search here and fine out. Hope...
Ya, I think I'll be getting a hold of you guys that have the R12, it'll just be easier and better for a old system like this. Once I get the genset going then I'll see about getting the refer going. thanks for all the input. :-D
We farm for a living and I think I can use to to store some of the fruit short term. Not sure yet if I'm going to keep it on the trailer or not. Lots of ideas running through my head. Once I get the genset running and then see if the refer works, I'll know more what and how I'm going to use...
I was wondering about that, but had no idea about putting two together. I seen the pins on the axle frame for sliding it on the trailer frame so figured there must be other applications for it. Any chance you can PM me your PDF of the manual?
Yep, that was the shortest trailer I've ever pulled with a tractor. I'm use to looking out the mirrors at a 53' van :) I was thinking about other tires too. Yes, there the old split, what I call dayton or spoke, rims. I was thinking 395's as a possibility too. What surprised me was how...
From what I seen today it has the flexible lines that your talking about. I can't see any evidence that its been apart, everything looks to be complete, can't see any thing hanging or open ends. The oil in the generator, and fuel are dry, even only had a drop of fuel come out the bottom of the...
I bought this trailer and picked it up yesterday, wondered if anyone else here has one? It says it manufactured by Engineered air systems inc. By the looks of it the trailer and axles were manufactured at different time as well as the refer container itself. There is also a refer/heat unit...
Here are some more pics I got this morning. Found PM work recorded on the inside door? The truck use to be desert camo, and there is a lot of this very very fine dust in the engine compartment and other areas of the truck. Makes me wonder if it spent time in Kuwait or Iraq.
Seeing there is a cold and warm recover thread going here thought I'd add a January thaw one to the list. We picked up our M931A2 yesterday in a balmy 39f rainy/icy day at Ft. McCoy. Seth got us signed in and helped with getting the truck and trailer ready to go. Had some fixing to do to the...
Thanks for the filter info. Got my truck yesterday and pick up a filter to have one hand on the way there. Its a purolator, so here's another # to add to the list. Purolator F60152
Wow, 65 in a A3, must be turned up. I drove my 931a2 home over 300 miles yesterday pulling a little trailer and had a hard time keeping it a 55 to 58. The peddle past 45 was hard, very stiff. I have to check it today and see what was holding it back.
