The scribbling on the side of the structure states "best by test" and other than that I am not sure of the rest of these pictures. They were photos of photos and glossy photos are a pain to take photos of without glare.

There are various substances to use on removing petroleum based substances to ensure proper adhesion. Try Eastwood for information on their products but try and use someone elses because Eastwood is expensive. Sorry but do not know for sure if some idiot used something really fun like roofing...

The cargo bed appears rusted through on the side supports (not all of them but a few of them. Ask Jakob (from Louisville) about this. He has seen this rust before. He needed a new bed for his deuce at one time or another. The axles look like they have seen hell and numerous bad lube jobs...
