Not to piss in your cherios, but I am pretty sure you need some rubber isolation between the windshield frame and roll bar before you shoot anything considerable from that mount. The work looks good-don't get me wrong, I just don't think you want it mounted that rigid. I would try to copy the...
Maybe its time for a 5ton bait with GPS module. A cheap hard wired GPS can be had for less than $50 with a prepaid SIM card running about $50-100. A small price for some peace of mind.

Dear Anonymous,
The purpose of this message is to inform you about the Revolution:
OCCUPY HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT IN LONDON ON NOVEMBER 5, 2012.
OCCUPY CONGRESS IN WASHINGTON D.C. ON NOVEMBER 11...
X2 keep it camo and the slantback is horrible to drive...no visibility. I am building a SF truck, the best of both worlds in my opinion, you get the turret and open air type ride (I am also a Jeep enthusiast):
I would probably just hem them alone and keep the regular tire pressure. You would only have problems if you "aired down" your tires and they started flexing.
Keep it simple
The PVC inserts will just give you the beadlock function, not the runflat. There have been various versions of the runflat inserts for bias and radial tires. The early one were a magnesium alloy clamsheel insert, and the newer ones I have seen are all rubber. They make one piece and two piece...
I bought my complete deep water fording kit for a few hundred dollars... They are still around and take a few hours to do a complete and clean install. If you can't decide bewteen a winch and DWF kit; I would reccomend getting one with a nice working winch. The DWF kit is much easier and...
X2 on the GREEN KDS. I also highly reccommend cleaning all grounds and running an auxillary ground harness, basically making sure the body, chassis, engine (alternator), dash, control box, are properly grounded.
I am making a SF HMMWV conversion with the open style ring support, turret, and half doors. I am compiling together all my turret parts. I might have another complete turret/station in the next month. What do you consider expensive?
I don't have any extra ring mounts, but those are easy to...
They are not the same as the real old style...they are skinnier and red. I got mine through a civilian H1 parts dealer.

^^^Mentions the new flat lip type seal. I used the red civilian o-ring and it sealed fine.
Arizona is the WORST state to try and title anything. I titled mine in VA using a rebuilt VIN# (like a custom built chopper or hotrod). I am not saying run away like most here, just be carefull. I have seen some legimitate 1993's for sale. Mine is titled as a 1984, with a 1993 body and 2001...
Welcome-I am just across the water from you. Also hit up the G503.com is Military Vehicles, The WWII Military Jeep, Parts, Olive Drab and All Related Things. HMMWV section.
