NAVY BLUE ANGELS Inadvertantly LAUNCH Beach Equipment

I once made comments to an old Alabama ANG F-4 pilot about the low fly-by's on Smith Lake. He said "Your Welcome". I joined. Used to watch them fly reallllly low over the farm. They would wave at me as I was picking up watermellons. The pilot I questioned was an f-4 pilot in the Guard who was...

    Trailer safety!!!!

I cant see anything wrong other than no safety chains in this pic. Not enough info or pictures.... Looks like a "pintle hook" style truck hitch inserted into a receiver hitch and all appears in place. IMO, a properly locked and pinned receiver pintle hook like this along with a locked and...

    M35A3 height question

Joking aside, IMO, it might be a little louder for "soldier b" in the passenger seat. I am actually thinking about running mine along the frame straight out the back. Maybe leave the stack up for aesthetics. I have an acquaintance (never ridden in his truck) who has a Bob with the exhaust run...

    M1010 CUCV Cab/ Front AC

@Recovry4x4----My hair that hasn't turned loose has turned grey. I have "frankensteined" things that weren't supposed to work over ten years ago--still working. From what Ive seen on this post, He is trying to run the cab A/C and rear A/C off one compressor. The rear system is designed to be...

I need a test rat. I have very little time to do, only time to specifically direct. Twenty minutes of quiet "hands on". You cant make a refrigeration system work with one compressor, two condensors and two evaporators at the same time. Boyles law.

    Brutus Coast to Coast

I was stationed in Cheyoming in the late Eighties. My dad was there in the fifties. I probably would have done a little different route. I70- I35 south to the Cimmeron? Parkway- Muskogee Parkway around OKC to I40 across. I once made it straight through from Cheyenne to Huntsville in 19hrs.

    Fixing Bent Lock Ring

I concur, replacement. I remember about thirty five years ago, an old tire guy changed out on an old log truck split rim and died. He actually sat on the tire while it was inflating. It broke his neck and other things and basically killed him instantly. If you do it yourself and don't have a...
