good trick indeed
I had heard about the squirting of diesel into the intake with a quick SMALL shot of Starting fluid- from a helper -ONLY WHILE TRUCK IS TURNING OVER.
(Don't forget to unhook the wire from each Glow Plug)
I didn't know just diesel would work!
I heard the DB2 Injection Pump...
Exactly
Exactly, DH tells it as it is,
I have no intentions of jumping someone -
or being jumped with a Military Slave Cable.
I carry 2 jumper cables, ingenious I know.
This Resistors bypass works perfect.
2 options
2 options -
1 leave it just like it is AND try to or Maybe try and fix? The hole.
oh and you will never ever guess this one,
remove everything, look at that pump up close -
curse at it, have a buddy curse at it too and then go from there!
I'm not being a prick by any means...

:arrow:Mine has done this Generator 1 dim light periodically
about 5 times in 3 years - exactly when the heater is on high,
just as you describe.
You remind me to get my Alternators rebuilt -they are original/25 years old/76,000 miles (It's Time!) ;-)
:roll:I would, cheap enough. You may want to do the resistors bypass as well. Unless you plan to jump or be jumped by a Military slave cable. I carry 2 sets of jumper cables - one for each battery. You can move that red Power Wire from Resistors to the 12v terminal block up and to the left...

" The reason I asked about the wheel reversal, is that we have an M1028 out here in Iraq that has off-center wheels that are reversed to give it an "out-side" stance."
I believe I seen a 1008 or 1028 (Wasn't sure" due to distance) when I was in Iraq with same stance. :arrow:Get pictures man...
