I have an old Imperial Eastman flare kit that has always preformed well.
You must........MUST follow the directions in order to get a perfect flare every time..........Don't forget the flare fitting before you flare it, you know how i know that.

Could be a mouse nest in the air cleaner? Do you have an infared thermometer? You could shoot all the exhaust ports and see if they are all hot, that will give you an idea if all cylinders are all firing.
It can't hurt to drop the primary filter to see what is in it.

I would pull the Hydraulic head and make sure the button on the bottom is still intact.
When you have it off you can check and fish around for the broken pin.

I can't tell from the pix but what you need is the oil pump drive coupling. I would stop in at your local seasoned heating shop. The old timers know oil burners, the new generation would not know anything about it. From what i remember there are only a few different styles, but it is greem so it...
Just wondering, I did not read anywhere that you filterd the oil before you put it in the tank. I think that could cause a little trouble in the fuel system.
I don't believe there is a spacer in the rear between the duals.
From the triangle on the back and make shift rear gate I would say that they use it for silage or to haul cattle.
You will need big room for that find!
