    Florida paperwork

I just went through this. Got my insurance through Gulfway as everyone else (and I mean EVERYONE!) was too darn expensive. Titling for me was a breeze as my duece already had a title, so a simply walk into the DMV got me same day title. Then I mailed in my form 83045 w/ copy oif title and...

TM's are all found on this site from the tab above that says "Technical Manuals". As for what truck you have, it'd probably be best to post some pics...

    A3 Crew Cab Build Starts

yeah, I noticed that, but was looking for a few better shots of the hinge work. The pics in Post 222 and 230 show some better detail, but nothing specific just to the hinges and latch. Guess I'll figure it out should I attempt this on my project.

Yeah, I noted that, but was hoping maybe someone else on here might have seen it up close and had pics of the door setup.

    A3 Crew Cab Build Starts

Anyone have pictures of how the he did the suicide doors hinges? Looked back in the thread and he really didn't show any closeup shots of the setup. I imagine it wouldn't be too complicated, but always nice to see a successful setup up close.

Cheapest source for axle nut socket

I know it's a really old thread, but for anyone else looking to save a bit of $$$ compared to NAPA or whoever, item is $31.58 shipped and they have it in stock. No one in my local area sells this part, even NAPA, but all can have it shipped in for about $45. Had actually ordered from another...

    Grease type?

Saw it mentioned here How To Hub Flip that "Castrol Pyroplex Red" was what they were using on the axle bearings. Have not bought any yet, but need to get something for MIL-G-10924 since I'm swapping the hubs on my deuce back to normal this weekend. I'm usually pretty crafty with Googling, but...

    My 1972 M35A2

Very nice refurb! I see the first pic is taken at a car show of some kind; I hope to take mine to the one they have monthly nearby once I get her looking better, especially since I've never seen any military vehicles at it!

    Upgrade complete

This upgrade killed all your Google results. However, for the time being it can be still useful if you just remove the part of the old URL that had the category and replace it with showthread.php? OLD--> http://www.steelsoldiers.com/deuce/87829-questions-about-removing-deuce-wheels-3.html...

The brown that is being used for text blends horribly with the grey background and makes it hard to read for me.

New guy stationed in Jacksonville FL

Thanks. I'm looking for the donor cab and parts now and might have found everything I need locally. I bought my deuce from a member here that used to live In Orange Park, so I was fortunate in that regard too. If you are looking locally there is one that I believe is for sale right up the...
