    I agree to heed caution. Used 'em for years tarping loads, never had a problem. I usually treat things that can hurt me with respect.

    Removed the ropes from the rear of the M105. Replaced them with bungee balls. A lot easier to work with on a regular basis.

    1952 M135 W/Winch

    If these are actual "cork" seals like an old valve cover gasket on a small block chevy, I always soaked them with that copper spray gasket before installing. Spray them down with a vengence, let it soak in a bit, then install. Never had a leak with that method (on small block chevys anyways).

    To start, I am looking for one, or 10 to purchase. But from reading about the internet, this seems to be a problem on this truck. They like to break, and there isn't a supply of them for much longer. Has anyone looked into manufacturing these, or found a suitable replacement?? The last one...

    Just touching base to keep this little trip in people's minds. Ok, just so I keep it in my mind really. At Iola, is there fire rings for bon-fires? What sort of facilities (showers, bathrooms, etc?)

    So I removed the pioneer tool rack since I'll probably never use it for more than a step. I'm thinking I like the idea of mounting it to that mud guard. I would add another guard to the front of it, but otherwise it would be protected on 5 of the 6 sides. It would be close to the air tanks...
